Broccoli is contained within our “Salad Mix” blend, but we decided to offer it on it’s own! It has a mild yet fresh and delicious flavor.
Broccoli microgreens are among the most nutritious of all the microgreens. They're a vitamin "powerhouse," containing high vitamin A, B, C, & E.
They also contain high levels of compounds that convert to sulforaphane once consumed. Sulforaphane is a phytochemical that has powerful cancer fighting and preventative properties.
This is a live crop that we harvest every week so supplies are limited. We do our best to fill all orders but will contact you if unable to do so.
