Sunflower Banana Berry Smoothie

Adding Sunflower micros to your smoothies creates a subtle nutty flavor and a dose of fresh, earthy goodness. 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 - 1 cup sunflower microgreens

1 frozen ripe banana

1/4 “Milk” of choice

optional extras:

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1 teaspoon honey

Lemon Juice to taste

1 serving protein powder

( We love “Amazing Grass” chocolate protein powder for this smoothie!)

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in blender with and blend until smooth.

Add more milk or water to reach desired consistency

Can store in the refrigerator up to 24 hours.
